Lucid Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Delivery delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship domestically within United States.

  • International shipping options will be introduced in the future.

Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

  • Lucid is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
